Will this actually work well?
Yes! I have done this with clients before. Usually they tell me that they feel “relieved” or “better” to catch up on things.
What if I need more time in any given week? What if more time is needed to meet a deadline or finish a particular project?
If you need more time, you have two options. You can roll hours back. These hours will be taken from the end of the month. This is a good option if you don’t want to invest any more for the month, and you don’t mind front loading your time and getting more work done at the start of the month. –OR– You have the option of purchasing additional priority time at a discounted hourly rate. This time can be used immediately. This is a good option if you want to make sure that you have your hours reserved with me and spread throughout the entire month.
What if I don't have enough work to use all of my hours in any given week?
You definitely have enough work- trust me! Before you sign up, we will talk to make sure that you have enough workflow to benefit from an Associate for a Month.
What if I am busy and I can't get around to delegating work to Sonrisa for a particular week?
I know you’re busy, and that’s exactly why you need an Associate for a Month! I ask that we both commit to a weekly delegation call on Monday or Tuesday morning. It can be a lengthy call if needed or just a quick 2-minute call to say hello and make sure that everything is on track for the week. During this call we will make sure that the delegation magic happens!
Can I save my weekly hours and roll them forward to the next week?
No. Under this plan, I am reserving work time for you each week (the 5 work hours and Project Call time). The 5 work hours must be used each week and do not roll forward. But don’t worry, 5 hours can be used very quickly. If we stick with our delegation calls, we can certainly figure out how to use the time. Also, I am really good at bugging you to make sure that you get all of your hours each week!
What if I really am having trouble delegating hours, despite our weekly project calls and multiple prompts from Sonrisa?
I will do everything I can to help you delegate work and get the most out of your time. If you truly cannot delegate enough work, you will lose any portion of the 5 hours that goes unused in a given week. If you do not delegate any work to me by Thursday at 1pm, then you may lose all or a portion of your 5 hours for the week. For work delegated after 1pm on Thursday, I will do my very best to ensure that you get your work time from me, but I cannot promise you your full 5 hours if I have the work (including the materials needed to complete the work) so late in the week. Again, I will reach out often to help you get your time!
